Hosting A Paleo Cooking Lesson With My Friend Chef Seamus Mullen

By now you probably know that I lead a Paleo lifestyle.

What do I mean by that? For the most part, I eat animals, plants, nuts, & seeds.

So what do I not eat (most of the time)? Grains, dairy, gluten, sugar.

Now let’s keep it real, you know how much I love icecream, pie, and cookies. I am human. I eat them AS A TREAT, here and there.

But as a lifestyle on the regular, I keep it Paleo even when it comes to my dessert, which often uses almond and coconut flour to replace conventional flour made from grains. Check out my Fit To Feast Paleo Pumpkin Pie!

It was an exhilarating night to co-host this Paleo cooking lesson with my friend Chef Seamus Mullen who shares the same Fit To Feast ideology aka HEALTHFUL INDULGENCE.
