Allison Hagendorf




Allison Hagendorf is a media personality, music consultant, and branded-content producer. She is the host of FUSE TV’s newest show, “The Pop Show”, which embraces all things pop culture and is the go-to source for the latest music from today’s biggest music stars.  Spanning the most recent chart-topping videos to the smash hits of years past, "The Pop Show" features music's heavy hitters.   

In addition to FUSE, Allison is helping launch Steve Madden’s music initiative, Steve Madden Music, where she hosts/emcees in-store artist performances, interviews featured artists, and produces the online series “Steve Madden’s Scene.”  In addition to Steve Madden, Allison serves as the VJ for Playboy’s music project, Rock The Rabbit. She is also the spokesperson for the new rock-inspired clothing line, Metal Couture. 

Regarding her voiceover work, Allison is the voice of Oxygen (TV network) – which is available in 74 million American households – as well as the national TV commercial for Jergens Naturals, and various MTV promos including The Real World and Double Shot At Love.  She has recorded voiceover work for major consumer brands ranging from Gillette to Verizon. 

Allison’s hosting career started as music spokesperson for Amp’d Mobile for which she conducted on-camera interviews with bands such as Death Cab For Cutie and The Flaming Lips at the annual music-industry conference, SXSW, in Austin. Subsequently, she served as on-camera host for BaebleTV’s “Green Room,” available on baeblemusic.com, where she interviewed artists ranging from Perry Farrell to Santogold

For the past eight years, Allison worked in A&R for SonyBMG at both Columbia Records and Epic Records.  At Columbia, she worked alongside former MTV VJ and music guru, Matt Pinfield, where she oversaw the coordination of a dozen albums for artists such as David Bowie, Cypress Hill, Coheed & Cambria, and Grammy-nominated Kenna After Columbia Records, Allison became A&R Manager for Epic Records in New York City.  At Epic, she recruited new talent for the label and oversaw the album production by artists Automatic Loveletter, Bamboo Shoots, The Fashion, and Lamb of God (whose single “Redneck” received a Grammy nomination for “Best Metal Performance”); Allison also appears in the music video.
