I’m a meathead. I admit it. I love the gym. I love playing sports. And, uh, I love meat…bison, beef ribs, and wings are my favorite. TMI. But sometimes it’s time to get in serious shape and the best way to do that is to eat like an athlete. Try eating only whole foods and limit processed products and see how you feel and how your body reacts. It’s all about fueling yourself, not depriving yourself. Count ingredients, not calories.  Everyone deserves to be their personal best, so why not start right now.
