Thanksgiving Feast Follow-Up #WomanVersusFood

Now that the food hangover is perhaps attempting to wane, I wanted to share with you my two crowd-pleasing dishes that were apparently the most pleasing aka were devoured Tasmanian Devil-style. Now, I admit that I took part in the gorging…ok I was first in line for thirds. But you know I did stick to my Thanksgiving tradition of starting the day with a long run outside. 5 miles – check!

MY HAGENDORF HARVEST SALAD: mesclun greens, roasted butternut squash, anjou pears, whole pecans, pomegranate seeds, spicy pecan vinegar


MY HOMEMADE PUMPKIN PIE & PIE CRUST: pumpkin, walnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, eggs, local raw honey, 100% maple syrup
