Fourth Of July – Fitness Before We Feast

4th of July is basically Thanksgiving in the summer…which makes it even more awesome. We are even more thankful in July because it’s actually warm, sunny, and the perfect excuse to eat an alarming amount of grilled meats. Oh, that might just be me. Anyway, in order to prepare for this patriotic potlatch, I start my day with a Crossfit-inspired WOD, or Workout Of The Day.

What’s on the menu? Toes To Bar, Box Jumps, PushUps, GHD Situps, and Rowing.
