With a career spanning nearly 25 years, Allison Hagendorf is an accomplished music journalist, industry executive, media personality, television host, and member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Nominating Committee and Recording academy. 

Allison Hagendorf is an acclaimed broadcaster, producer, creator, and cultural storyteller whose career spans nearly 25 years across music, entertainment, live television, and digital media. Known for her authenticity, curiosity, and rare ability to create deeply resonant human connections, she has become one of the most respected voices in music, entertainment, and popular culture.

A member of both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Nominating Committee and the Recording Academy, Allison has interviewed thousands of artists and cultural figures throughout her career, including icons such as Ringo Starr, Keanu Reeves, Miley Cyrus, Eminem, KISS, Mötley Crüe, Lainey Wilson, and YUNGBLUD, while also championing emerging voices shaping the future of music and culture.

Beginning her career in A&R at Columbia and Epic Records before going on to serve as Global Head of Rock at Spotify, Allison has spent decades helping shape the conversation around music from both the creative and business sides of the industry. At Spotify, she created and hosted the Spotify Original series Rock This with Allison Hagendorf, further establishing her as a trusted voice in modern music media.

Today, she is the creator and host of The Allison Hagendorf Show, her long-form interview series featuring intimate, in-depth conversations with some of the most compelling artists and cultural figures of our time. Her newest flagship franchise, Allison Unchained, expands that voice into a multi-platform storytelling brand exploring the human stories behind the songs, artists, and cultural moments that shape our lives. Her work has taken her from Madison Square Garden, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the Kennedy Center to the Global Citizen Festival, the GRAMMYs, the Tony Awards, the MTV VMAs, the MTV Movie Awards, the X Games, the CrossFit Games, and some of the biggest stages in entertainment.
